Using the site
The content here is informational and educational. It is not investment advice, and everything in the risk disclosure applies to every page, chart, alert format and ledger row on this site.
The ledger and the API
The public ledger and its JSON endpoint
(/api/ledger) are offered so anyone can audit our records.
They are provided as-is and best-effort: records are append-only by
design, but availability is not guaranteed — when the engine or site is
down, the page says so itself. The API is meant for personal audit use;
please be gentle with request rates. Abuse protections exist on the
write path (rate limits, input filtering) and may be added to read
endpoints without notice.
Intellectual property
Site text, graphics and code are © ArdenAlgo. You are welcome to quote or screenshot with attribution and a link. "ICT" concepts are attributed to their originators as described in the risk disclosure; all trademarks belong to their owners.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist means consenting to receive, at most, the launch announcement and the evaluation verdict. Data handling is governed by the privacy page.
No warranty, limited liability
The site and its data are provided without warranty of accuracy, completeness, uptime or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, ArdenAlgo is not liable for trading losses or other damages arising from the use of information published here — see the risk disclosure, which is not boilerplate: we mean it.
Changes
Material changes to these terms — like all material policy and methodology changes — get a dated entry in the changelog.
