Billing & cancellation promise
Why publish billing terms before having customers
In July 2026 we read through the public one-star reviews of this category's most-reviewed vendor on a major review platform. The most common theme was not "the signals lost money". It was renewal and refund friction: surprise auto-renewals, cancellation flows routed through support chats, refunds refused on technicalities. We think that failure mode is a choice — and it is the cheapest thing to fix in this entire industry, because you fix it by writing the policy down before you have customers. So:
The commitments
- Cancellation is self-serve. It will live on your account page and work without talking to anyone. No support chat, no phone call, no "retention offer" gauntlet.
- A reminder before every renewal. An e-mail before each renewal — not only the first — far enough ahead to cancel comfortably. Silent renewal is this category's defining bad habit; this is the commitment we most want to be held to. And it has teeth: if we ever charge you without that reminder having been sent, we will refund that charge on request, no questions asked.
- The launch rate stays locked while you stay subscribed. Join from the waitlist and the price you start on is the price you keep: if we raise prices later, the rise applies to new subscribers, not to you. The one honest limit — cancel and come back later and you rejoin at whatever the current rate is. We deliberately do not call this "lifetime": running this service costs more as more people use it, and a lifetime price would be a promise we could not be certain of keeping.
- 30-day money-back on your first payment. The category norm, done without the fine print: first payment, first 30 days, refunded on request. No forms, no "did you really use it" interrogation.
- Cancelling keeps your access. Cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. No clawbacks.
- Prices in the open. Pricing will be published on this site before checkout opens. No fake countdown timers, no fake discounts, no "only 3 seats left".
- A real merchant of record. Payments will be processed by an established merchant-of-record provider — named on this page before checkout opens — which means proper invoices, VAT handling, and card-network dispute rights. We never see or store card numbers.
What this page is not
It is not a price list — pricing lands with the launch — and it is not a performance claim of any kind. What the product does and does not demonstrably do is governed by the public evaluation and the open ledger, not by this page. Material changes to these commitments get a dated entry in the changelog.
