What this site does not do

What we actually collect — the whole list

  1. A waitlist e-mail, if you give us one. Stored in an isolated database on our own server. Used for at most two kinds of mail: the launch announcement and the evaluation verdict. Never shared, sold or enriched. Ask for removal and it is deleted.
  2. Ordinary web-server logs. Like essentially every web server, ours records requests (IP address, path, timestamp, browser user-agent) for security and abuse prevention. Logs rotate automatically and are kept for about two weeks. The application process itself writes no per-request log; only the front web server does.

When paid plans launch

Checkout will be handled by a merchant-of-record payment provider, named on the billing promise page before checkout opens. They process payment data under their own privacy policy; we never see card numbers. That change will get a dated entry in the changelog, like every material edit to this page.

Contact & deletion

Write to hello@ardenalgo.com — a real mailbox, read by a person. This page previously said an address would appear here once our domain went live. The domain is live, and this is the address.

To have your waitlist e-mail deleted, send one line saying so. The row is removed from the database, not merely flagged, and you do not have to give a reason. Every mail we send carries the same address, so removal never depends on finding this page again. We are a small operation and replies are not instant — but the deletion itself is not a negotiation.
